We are very sorry to hear that you received a pre-roll that was underweight. We purchase our pre-rolls already assembled from our growers and therefore have very little control over their production. We certainly want you to be happy with our products and service, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you ever have this problem again and we will make it right.

We absolutely enjoyed reading your review and description of our Hell's Fire crumble! Thank you, for visiting our team and very happy to hear the product satisfied the naughty or nice cravings.

GOOD is extremely fortunate to operate in a town where businesses and community come together in a special way. We appreciate you being a proud Fairbanks community member and for giving GOOD your business. :)

From the team at GOOD, we are sincerely apologetic regarding your latest visit. GOOD offers a 5% discount on birthdays. It is very disheartening to hear that you did not receive this discount and were treated in an unprofessional manner which does not meet our standards. Please feel free to call our shop at (907) 452-5463 and leave your name and number with one of our budtenders. Please tell whoever answers to make sure Greg receives the message. Greg will be in touch right away. Thank you, for the opportunity of your business.

Thank you, Baked! Can not express enough how awesome it is to see that our staff has made the experience that much more enjoyable for you. We'll keep up the GOOD work. :)

We absolutely love to hear anytime our team makes the guest experience that much more enjoyable! Thank you, for the kind words. Very happy to hear you are enjoying the quality of the product as well. :)
