I’m a local and always frequent Essence on the strip. It’s always a great experience whenever I come here. The bud tenders are all very personable and friendly, but last time I visited here, LIL BIT took the cake! They didn’t have what I wanted to get but she was super helpful and made recommendations of what I should get instead and I LOVED her recommendation! Thanks again!

I received great customer service. Was able to get a medical patient deal. Was very disappointed when I ground up the Citrus Sap and got so many seeds! Have not even gone through the whole half oz of it and I already have 20 seeds -______- super disappointed in the product! Feel like I could get better quality on the street :/
