Thanks for shopping with us and thanks for leaving your review. We try to balance keeping the line moving with giving every customer an opportunity to have all their questions answered. I am sorry, though, that you got stuck in the rain. We have umbrellas for customers for days like that, perhaps we need to order a few more. If you'd like to come in when we're less busy, I'd recommend weekdays from Monday through Thursday when things are quieter here. Most weekdays you can get right in and out with little to no wait.
