Usually really awesome service (this won’t stop me from ordering from them :) ) but this order was definitely delivered outside the promised 15-90 minute window and unfortunately I had to adjust some plans because of the lateness. Please bring back the tipping feature on your debit card machines! I usually don’t have cash and your drivers are so great—I’d love to be able to tip them better than whatever couple cents I have on hand! Thank you so much!
