I visited this shop with my boyfriend the end of September. This was my second experience in this store and my first was very pleasant and the budtender was great. I purchased my first water pipe here for between $40 and $50 which was very reasonable and I love her. We were in the market for a new rig and went to shop. The store was busy and I am fine with that as I am a customer service professional and do understand. What I am not ok with after waiting my turn for a budtender is said budtender getting distracted from helping us after 5 minutes, in fact she walked away and assisted another customer. Sure that’s her job however I waited my turn and expected her undivided attention until I was completed with my transaction. We wanted assistance picking a piece, some recommendations, maybe even just ask what we were looking for. That never happened and we walked out purchasing nothing. Instead of assisting with my decision on glass you assisted me with deciding to never return.

I was lucky enough to receive a bottle of this product as a gift shortly before Valentine’s Day. I have been meaning to add a review but wasn’t sure what to say or what not to say. This product is absolutely amazing and allows for a night that will be sure to last in her memory for eternity. I was skeptical at first but I am most definitely a believer in this product and think everyone should at least try it once.
