Entered the store as a Novice user, on the go ahead and browsed the first display. It's hard to know what the actual product is as they are all packaged. The fellow at the counter says to me do I know what I want and I reply no idea yet and he moves onto the next customer. I check the next display and remain unclear what product to buy as I don't recognize anything due to the packaging. I am in the store for under 5 minutes at this point. I decide to check the OCS site on my phone while at the counter. While entering my birthdate to enter the website the fellow asks me again do I know what I want. I reply that I still don't know. Then the lady at the front says loudly to me "Are you buying for personal use?" I replied yes but what if I wasn't and why are you asking me this? She replies then we are not going to sell to me. She then says that I have been taking pictures since I entered the store. I replied I have taken no photos and this is a terrible way to treat customers.
