I feel like it burns too hot to be good. Smoked more like a .5g than a 1g cart.

Pretty reliable service so far. Decided to try giving it a second go after the tax increase. Prices are actually surprising and fair. I do not recommend the HR Brand AIO’s. I had 3. One stopped working entirely half way through and wouldn’t recharge. One the cap piece came off and leaked about 1/4g. The 510 carts though aren’t bad.

This is hands-down, the best dispensary for quality service amazing staff and wonderful products for every consumer on every level!

CBX is my favorite brand by far. Whether flower or concentrates, flavor and effects are unmatched. I ordered a .5g cart and unfortunately they were out and the tender recommended Friendly Farms brand, so I agreed to exchange the missing item for a 1g cart as he said it comparable. No. It tastes like lawn clippings and I just can’t use it. So, while I appreciate the company, products, and service, I probably wouldn’t trust any future budtender recommendations. I’m now out a week worth of meds and feel like I overpaid for a product I wouldn’t have otherwise purchased.

I’ve placed 4 orders since 4/14 and they’ve yet to deliver on anything they promise. Promos aren’t delivered when preordered and 4 hour delivery times seem a bit excessive when they promise 90min on their website. Their staff don’t respond to inquiries about orders or incorrect items, unless you’re going to “name them in the review” so I’ll say this time that Selena wouldn’t try to save a customer if her job depended on it. They are fine with you being unhappy with their service.

Not sure what happened to this place, but they’ve become awful the last few years. Service has gone way downhill.

It's clear this is a struggling company. they certainly don’t know the concept of customer loyalty. The customer service sucks and their online ordering system is always on the fritz. You never know if they got your order or when someone might show up. Spend your monies elsewhere. These kids have some growing up to do.

I’ve tried to order from this company on three separate occasions without success. EVERYTIME I place an order I get a text from their dispatch a few moments later cancelling. Whether through get nugg, weedmaps, or their own website... I’m not sure how they stay in business but they won’t be getting mine.
