The cashier just handed me my cash and change in a wad, didn’t count it out for me, even though it was more than $80. Didn’t tell me how much I got back. Just ran away to go talk to a coworker afterwards.

Just spoke to Nick on the phone. I asked if he could let me know what they have in stock for a certain brand in the ounces and half ounces. He straight up said no. Because there are “too many,” even though over the phone he said they only have 8. The online menu is always different from what they have in store so I always call and ask. Any other dispensary has no problem sharing their menu over the phone. So I have to drive to your store to find out what you have? I called at 9:30am specifically so I could call when the store wasn’t busy, so I doubt there was any rush in the store when I called. He didn’t even say they were busy. He was just lazy and didn’t want to help. Extremely rude. Isn’t customer service their main job and first priority? Guess not.
