Been to this location a couple of times. if you go upstairs, that's the retail area. if you look downstairs, that's where they handle all the online orders. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding. The store is a bit on the smaller side, but because of the modern floor plan it doesn't feel squishy/claustrophobic. The steps outside leading up to the door are a bit slippery (trust me), so watch your step. The reason I chose 4⭐ and not 5⭐, is due to the location. it's on a one-way heading east, and it is not wheelchair accessible (due to stairs). there's also limited parking, your only options are to use coins at the meter, or take advantage of the free parking on weekends. if you're looking for a wheelchair-friendly store, I suggest the Tokyo Smoke Osborne location. no stairs, close parking (paid parkade via credit card or coins, or side street), and the floor plan is very very open. no tight corners to get stuck on!
