Em did a fantastic job taking care of my concentrate needs! she knew her product as well as the type. she was so warm and welcoming and it was a very pleasant transaction. prestige is always my go to and with the superb customer service it really is the best. I was .50 short and Em went out of her way to spot me the change to cover my purchase. top notch service and beautiful people who work here!!!
