We got Faked at Get Baked on points

Went in on Feb 14 to check out 75 doller ounces me and my husband both had enough points to get our preroll for our points we decided not to buy the ounce and NEVER recieved our preroll so it should have not took our points went in tonight and they girl that checked us out tonight said she would go get manager so manager comes out and basically she did not believe us and i really think the girl tonight was the one we dealt with tonight but when manager come out the girl acted real strange but anyway I have had my own business and i told the manager i would not come in and mislead anyone and she still did nothing on our accounts should say if we redeem our points and show what we got we figured it would still be on our account so we asked for it and manger replied you should have called us so i could have reviewed cameras and seen that did not get our preroll and the girl said we had to make purchase and the ounces did not look good or smell good so we did not purchase GOT FAKED

At Get Bak'd we appreciate all honest feedback. For you to have gotten "FAKED" in February and then return in April to the same establishment to say you didn't get a pre roll just doesn't add up. You come in MONTHS later to realize you didn't get a pre roll you supposedly redeemed. We're not perfect and make mistakes however in this situation a patient would realize they didn't have an item far before 2+ months especially if you didn't make a purchase. You would realize you left out empty handed knowing you were supposed to have something even if you didn't make a purchase. You stated you have a business. Could a customer come in and come back a couple months later and say hey I didn't receive an item and need a free one. As a logical owner you would just take that for face value? We're a small local owned establishment and have the capability of taking care of matters like this immediately if theres a real and more importantly a LOGICAL issue to provide solutions to real issues or mistakes not FAKES.
