I’ve been going here for about 2 years now. I love the product and most of the budtenders. Unfortunately they give me .5 grams instead of 1 grams. I buy 8 at a time and don’t wanna literally check every single one of my items. I tip $10-$20 every time and this is the service I get? Keep going, Apothecary Farms or Strawberry fields will take better care of you. Nuvue is just about burn and turn.

I hate to do this but it’s just too consistent. I come in to have a good experience, place is nice looking, front doors guards are great, then when you go back the product is excellent, then it happens. You’re the only customer there and the bud tender is still rushing me and my girl. On top of that gives me the wrong product, then says he will fix it, but instead charges me $36 extra for a 4gram slab of shatter. Instead of the 4 gram slab he charges me for 4 individual grams. I just pay because i am clearly ruining his day and then when I say something, they say nope. Can’t fix it. They will also “accidentally” give you .5 grams of what’s supposed to be 1 gram. Then just say “whoops! Sorry.” Except it happens a lot. I spend lots of money here and the product is excellent, but’s it’s about more than “here’s your weed, now leave”. When I spend over $200 every time I step foot in the door, I expect actual customer service. Not just some dude that has shit to do. Sad, won’t go back.

been to Denver, Amsterdam. you won't find better buds but more importantly the place is super clean and staff was beyond helpful. even excited to help. Don't waste time anywhere else.
