I'm a pretty smart dude and can connect the dots once I have information and develop some experience with it, but I'm new to cannabis and usually have a couple of questions before I even know what I want to try that day. I get frustrated when bud tenders try to rush me to order, or make me feel dumb about the products. I've been on the service side all my life so I definitely don't ask repetitive questions, nor do anything to waste their time. My questions are typically pretty specific and brief, but I still find that some bud tenders at other dispensaries would prefer that I already knew what I was going to order before I walked in. At elevated, the staff is always patient, thorough in their product descriptions, and very understanding of my learning curve. It's a great experience, I just wish parking was better! All in all, so worth any slight inconvenience for a great customer experience!
