Any time something like that happens again, just call dispatch and ask them to speak with a manager on duty and we will make sure to avoid that. We did have an issue in the past with people pureposely opening sealed containers and we had to crack down, however when its a one time mistake we aren't going to make you purchase the product. The sealed products are sealed for patient safety so we are super duper strict on opening fully sealed products for sanitary and the safety of our patients.
