The new security they hired who bumps their music and is too busy texting on the job to see that patients are waiting in front of him at the window. But instead he’s too busy texting and it is all heard on his Bluetooth speaker. Usually this place shows some professionalism but not lately. This is a place for patients not a hangout for the security guard.

Go ahead and try calling this place and try to just talk with someone. And if ya do, expect the person to have zero personality and zero people skills. It was all so 'robotic'. Try asking a question about their product and it sounds like the person is reading lines. I'd rather make the drive down the hill.
