These ladies are the BEST! I got everything I ordered. And the manager even went down to the basement to get more product for me. Very knowledgeable. The showroom is so spacious-(yeah social distancing!) it makes you want to spend your money here.

It's happened twice now that I've ordered Localgrove prepackaged eighths and received not quite an eighth. HOWEVER, Aaron took the incentive to weigh ALL of the Localgrove prepackaged eighths and found another one to be off. He made everything right. He gave me what I was missing, and a doob for the inconvenience. Plus he actually offered an explanation as to why the weight might be off-drying out during shipping. He always goes above and beyond. He's always in a good mood, is knowledgeable about product, and takes the time with every patient to make sure we get everything we need.

They always have the BEST top shelf bud. You can't beat Puff for a better deal on a vape cartridge. They have messed up my order, just a few small things here n there. But, they ALWAYS fix it, make it right and do it all with a great attitude. That's why they deserve 5 stars. I love coming here.
