I do not play around when it comes to weed. I want good bud at good prices. I want fun and friendly staff and a great positive atmosphere in a dispensary.

A Thanks to Jake, Eric, Rae, Alex, and Leah!!!
You guys are the BEST!!! I have scouted a few other dispensaries in the Denver/Lakewood/Wheat Ridge area and NO ONE has yet to sit down and take the time to answer my questions like you folks do!!! I usually run into Jake or Leah while I am purchasing my meds, but I have had the pleasure of having Alex and Rae help me out, too. Everyone knows their stuff!!! You just don't understand how much of a bonus that is until you go into another store and the "budtender" knows absolutely jack s*** about their products!
Tell y'all's bosses that y'all need a raise!!! Seriously!
I'll be seeing ya soon!

Good People, horrible service
Great friendly people work here!!! However, since the new recreational laws came into effect, their customer service and selection for MMJ patients has gone downhill rather fast. There is ALWAYS a long line even though they say medical patients do not wait in line. I have been in there for over an hour waiting to be served. Their medical selection is in a tiny room in the back with barely any choice of product unless you like their weed. And honestly their weed really does suck. When given suggestions about better strains they dismiss the suggestions and keep selling the same crap. Their edibles have become so scarce that it isn't even worth me going back there. I changed my primary caregiver from them to another more customer oriented MMJ dispensary. I really used to like Northern Lights. Now I am ashamed of their bumper sticker I have on my vehicle.
*Might I also add that their "waiting room" is the size of a dog kennel, and that's what you feel like when you're in there with 15 other people ALL waiting on someone to get off their ass and sell you some weed.
*However, in dropping this dispensary, I am losing some really great people. The owners are wonderful and I know their heart is in the right place.
*And I must add....Ericka often offered to sell me "recreational" edibles at recreational prices when they were out of the SAME edible for MMJ patients. How F'ed up is that?
I am SO done. Sorry, folks, I love you guys but your priorities are all screwed up now.

Edgewater, ColoradoDear Storm Chaser, We wanted to respond about the concerns you have with our company going recreational. Although this has been a big change for all of our medical patients, we will always continue our commitment to provide excellent customer service to everybody who chooses to do business with our company. We have made many changes to the store since January 1, 2014 and continue to work on new ways to make everybody's shopping experience one they can enjoy. Our medical patients have a separate room to shop in that has been completely remodeled in efforts to provide privacy and one on one attention. We still offer the same amount of product we always have to our medical patients including our Edible selection. We currently grow over 30 strains of marijuana and due to the life cycle of a plant you will see new strains come and go as we harvest and sell them. We still order Edibles weekly and have always made special concessions to get product that patients have made special requests for. Our company policy is that if a medical patient wants to purchase an edible or flower from the recreational inventory they can do so at a reduced price. If a medical patient chooses to purchase an edible or flower from the recreational inventory we must still charge the recreational tax (that is state law and we have to enforce it). With the new laws that are now in effect all flower and edibles must now pass tests for potency and dosing requirements. We recently had 5 strains tested and all of the strains tested between 17% and 24% TCH, which we are extremely proud of (we have test results available at the store for you to see). We understand that with the increased volume of both recreational customers and medical patients that the size of our store is something we need to address. We are currently looking at options to expand the size of the store including the waiting room and both dispensing rooms as well. The industry as a whole has changed a lot over the past 6 months but our commitment to providing excellent customer service and quality product will always remain the same. Hopefully you will give us another chance in the future to see how much our company continues to grow and get's better.

Awesome Customer Service & Great Products
CPM has some of the best customer service in the MMJ business!! Always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful when selecting the right products for the right conditions. Their products, including the smokable weed, is very high quality. There is no b.s. here. No lines. No getting treated like you, as an individual, don't really matter. To these folks, your business is their number 1 priority. I left my old MMJ dispensary to become a primary patient here. And I am going to stick around!!!
