I have been taking a break from smoking after smoking heavily 3 years and froot edibles have been great! I take 2-3 edibles throughout the day I used to have little success with edibles but I learned that key is to take them with fatty foods. This is really important because THC is fat soluble so when you take edibles you should eat them with something fatty like yogurt, whole milk, meat, avocado etc. this makes them HIT there’s a misconception some ppl have about edibles that you’re supposed to eat them on a empty stomach for the “full effect” this is not true at all, the edibles would just flush right out of your system without having any fatty foods to help activate the THC
