Great communication and friendly service when I had a question about first-time order (Ace)- and then the delivery driver was very excellent as well (Jose)!

This product worked just as intended/described, but was just not strong enough for the medical conditions I personally tried it for. I would still definitely recommend it as a “first-line” product when trying for a chronic pain condition
