This Dispensary sucks. There are 3 different cannabis stores close by (Root 66, Nature Med Dispensary, and Missouri Wild Alchemy) that you should use instead. This Codes Dispensary is unsafe & carries bad products. When confronted regarding a rancid taste, a Manager (white male with tattoos on his arms) became defensive, argumentative, and disrespectful to a female customer. Dismissing the customer complaint and attempting to spin words to fit into a legal bucket, responses like this inspire questions of trustworthiness and safeness of products. Having been a repeat customer, I have confirmed some concerns about their products. The company lacks accountability and willingness to make things right, which demonstrates they do not have what it takes to provide a healthy and safe experience. Customers are better off spending their time and money at more dependable businesses that value patrons and their health. Management needs to reassess the safety of their products and improve their customer service responses in order to meet the standards expected of a reputable company.

I'm absolutely devastated by Spherex's new flavor formula for their Lemon Haze carts. I've been loyal to these carts for years, but this latest batch is an utter travesty. The moment I took a hit, I gagged multiple times - it tasted like a sweaty gym sock soaked in sour milk. I was convinced something had gone horribly wrong, so I bought more carts, hoping it was just a fluke. But no, the rancid flavor persisted. How could they do this to their signature Lemon? I used to eagerly anticipate that bright, zesty lemon burst, but now all I get is this foul, artificial mess. My heart sinks at the thought that this once delightful cart has been ruined by the addition of "terpenes." I usually support using terpenes - unless the resulting flavor is intolerable. I'm in sheer disbelief that Spherex could make such a catastrophic misstep. Please, I implore you, revert to the original flavor immediately before you lose any more distraught customers like myself. I want my delicious Lemon carts back!
