I purchased a bag of prepackaged flower and discovered upon bringing it home it was chock full of non-plant material, what looked like it may have been perlite. I called Green Genie and was told I could return it. When I arrived, they changed it to giving me a store credit. Now, when I go to use the store credit, the owner tells me that it's not in their system and told me I was lying about the situation. Great way for them to make money short term; steal it directly from their (former) customers. I'm thoroughly appalled. Edited: When I 1st called about the foreign material, they told me that it was safe to ingest AND that they didn't know what the material was. Literally, I asked them, "So, you're saying that it is safe to ingest, but you also don't know what it is?" Their response was, "Yes." I had to call a 2cd time demanding they take it back. To Green Genie: If I was informed of that, I'd have used it by then. So, you're admitting this situation occured? Why'd you call me a liar?
