Wow. Sorry. Our first day was hectic but so much fun because we were able to please so many people. Many who never had even entered a dispensary before in your life. And they had a wait. Breakfast was donuts. Hard to keep things warm otherwise. Pizza in the afternoon and sandwiches delivered at night. All in an event space prepared to keep you warm with couches to relax on and video games to play and music to listen to rather than stand outside in the cold. But as a medical patient you did not have to wait very long at all and were taken in a priority fashion with your gf who was rec. A deal is a preroll adn you already receive the significant benefit of medical prices being less expensive as the growers have placed a premium on recreational prices. And a free preroll. We do not grow our own flower(we hopefully will soon) and so everything bought comes from the best growers in the state. Would love to know the strain you thought was not up to par so we can tell that particular grower of the complaint. We check prices in other dispensaries and beleive and have been told that we are more than competitive. Had customers from Oscoda, Grand Rapids, Ohio and Canada come in because of our competitive pricing. Again, I am shocked and apologize if you felt our staff was rushing you. Nicole and I (Barry) are on the premises alot and if that feeling occurs again look for us (or onsite management) as that is the opposite of what we are about. You are not customers, but friends and family. You get to take as long as you want. Stay all day. Talk to us and help us improve. And if you want to come back and try us again another preroll will come your way and I will try to provide you with a discount on anything you purchase. Just ask for me or Nicole and reference this online discussion. You are family so its time to work through our differences. Your choice.
