I have been here before but this was the first time I did not feel welcomed. One girl made eye contact with me at least 3 times and never spoke a word or said someone else would be with me shortly, no one moment.. Nothing. Another girl looks at me then looks at another customer and tells thrm she will help them... Really? That is the customer service I get? It only got better- after the second girl finished helping them, I walked up to the counter and didn't give her a chance to ignore me again and told her I was there to pick up an order, she had nerve to sigh and look around as if she were looking for someone else to help me.. then walks over to a cabinet and gets out a bag that clearly is my order because she asked me for my name and proceeds to ring me up and asked me if I had been there before like you don't have to register through the front desk whether you are a new patient or returning- to be able to get access to shop. send a text sharing my feedback and was ignored. thanks!

Where do I begin? Tyler was AMAZING! So personable, knowledgeable and down to earth..such a kind soul. Matthew was great too! So helpful and excellent customer service!! It was my first time ordering from them, let me tell you- above and beyond is where they go for their customers and to know where they get their products is from independently owned and operated farms ran by locals is the best part! They even threw in some complimentary bonuses for mother's day since I had some trouble using another app when trying to order! The only way to find out that what I am saying is genuine and true is to find out yourself! Give them a try and you will be a part of the herd too!
