Yesterday I came into Nuna Harvest and was greeted right away by a sweet, knowledgeable young lady who helped me to the best of her ability. I’m an older woman, so I truly appreciated the guidance especially since my granddaughter, who usually explains everything to me, couldn’t make it that day. What really impressed me was how Khalida, behind the counter, handled the whole store. There were at least six people inside, and she kindly asked everyone to form a line so no one was missed. She made sure we all felt seen, thanked us for our patience, and kept such warm, calming energy the entire time. It really touched me and I ended up checking out with her because of it. She’s such a sweet girl. My granddaughter has been in the store many times and always talks about how kind and helpful Khalida is, she refuses to shop anywhere else! I see now exactly why. Your whole team is great, but Khalida is my budtender from now 😊
