Pre ordered online only to drive all the way there and be told my ID (which is vertical) isnt valid and i cant shop. I've been to many dispensaries around the area and never been denied service due to my ID except at this place. I cant even get my ID updated because the DMV is closed due to COVID 19 so I literally just cant shop there even tho I'm of age and my ID is 100% valid anywhere else
