Makenzie and crew have that place rolling like the 60s. Great atmosphere and vibe. Got Harley today and she’s always on point with her suggestions. Keep doing what you’re doing guys.

Eh, what can I say? It’s a clean dispensary and has a decent selection. I just don’t get the logic of having a waiting area and then letting people onto the actual sales floor, waiting to be seen next. Kind of pointless to have the waiting room. I don’t remember who the bud tender I got was, he was okay. The interaction was one of the weirdest I’ve ever had with a budtender. It was like since I was spending hundreds of dollars he just wanted to hand me my 1/8th and send me on my way. The other thing is the 1/8th was $30 and I gave $35, didn’t get any change back. I mean come on now if you need that little bit of change for a tip just say so. Then the kicker was “come back when you want to buy a lot of weed, then I can give you a discount”. Like what? I didn’t even ask for discount, I just wanted some good weed and a good vibe. Clearly you carry Pro Gro so you got that part down. Just the vibe …

Burned smooth and white. But the high just wasn’t there. For as much as they promoted this strain, you would of thought it would of slapped.

Kendra and Alex have their crew running on point and customer service better than Chic-fil-A. From Chad to Mackenzie. Cameron to Hoffman and everyone else there, are more than knowledgeable and will get you on point. Whatever your needs are from vape products, oils and edibles, maybe just some flower. Puff Bay City is 🙌🏽 down thee BEST in town! I’d go even as far as say the state. Y’all keep pumping them packs out guys!!!

The vibe as soon as you walk in is awesome. Girls at the front desk do great job of welcoming you and getting you checked in. They got some AMAZING Budtenders. Not to mention all the GAS! I been a faithful customer throughout the whole process and don’t go any where else for my flower. If you ain’t smoking bud from Puff are you even smoking LOUD? You guys rock!
