I'm sorry to hear that your flower was a bit dried out. We would never intentionally dry out the majority of our flower just to boost the sales of a few pre packaged strains that we carry. All of our bulk flower is stored in Cvaults with 2 way humidity packs to ensure that the flower stays at the perfect moisture level. Unfortunately sometimes when we receive the flower into our store it can be on the drier, side especially in the dry winter months, and takes some time for the humidity packs to do their magic and restore the flower to the correct moisture level.
