Order was never fulfilled

I waited like 3 hours for them to only start packing the order and when it came 30 minutes from closing time I called and they told me just to come over so I did and when I got there I didn’t receive either of the items I originally ordered through the app very annoying very dissatisfied with the whole transaction lol
