First-time customer. I specifically asked for Indica because I have a heart condition and Sativa makes my heart race. The employee recommended products that turned out to be hybrids, and the products weren't clearly labeled. After trying one of the joints, my heart started racing. Customer service told me to return the products, but when I did, I felt like I was treated like a criminal. After a lot of back-and-forth, I only received a refund for the unopened vape pen and was stuck with the joints I couldn't use. They also incorrectly claimed I placed an online order when I actually purchased everything in-store with employee assistance. Please double-check your products before leaving. Very disappointing experience.
