I initiated the process on March 21, 2018. I uploaded documents on March 22, 2018. My status changed to Medical application filed with PR health Dept. I sent an email three weeks later because I did not hear from anyone but got no response. Today, April 24, I called and was told that my documents were never received. Now I have to wait another 3-4 weeks over again!
