It was my first time coming to BreakWater and I was not pleased with my service at all. I arrived about 10mins late for my consultation as I live 30mins away. I hadn’t seen anything stating that I will NOT BE SEEN if I arrive late. I explained that I live some ways from the dispensary and no one cared. I didn’t feel valued as a first time customer and probably won’t be back because they are booked up to for the rest of the month until the beginning of June .

This was my first time coming to Garden State and I will definitely be back even if it’s an hour away from me. I called after being denied at BreakWater for being ten minutes late. I was able to call and set up my appointment at Garden State and still be seen the same day. I definitely had an amazing experience with my consultant being very detailed and helpful. Would recommend based on customer service.
