Very helpful staff, super friendly!

Being someone who’s recently relocated for work I’ve visited my fair share of Michigan dispensaries. First opinions and tone for the shopping trip are always made or broke for me starting with the check in interaction. Bud tenders were amazing and super helpful, but what won me over was my greeting and interaction with Dawn while checking in. Typically I hate almost dread the awkward small talk made and whole check in process period. Not this time ! Dawn greeted me with a smile and made valid conversation during the process, made my whole trip to High Society feel more like an interaction with friends ❤️. Will definitely be returning

Ciera t was super helpful throughout the entire order and check out process. She was able to easily edit the order I had accidentally placed online and get it corrected. Ended up leaving super satisfied and with the massive challenge pre roll I’d went for. Before leaving the staff made sure I had the instructions on proper lighting and all and all were such an amazing vibe

Can not even begin to describe how high the crew sets the bar for customer service. They go above and beyond friendly helpful service, EVERY single experience I’ve had at this dispensary has been a positive one. 90% of the time I pre order before the location is open , very rarely does it happen but any time there has been an online mixup with my order or ordering a product that may be out of stock the staff is not only on top of it but also already has item recommendations/replacement product suggestions for you based off what you typically order. With all the dispensaries popping up you may be able to get the product or similar enough product elsewhere but the level of customer service received is genuinely unmatched ANYWHERE else in town

Maryann was amazing when I stopped in. Typically I opt to go to other dispensaries in town but wasn’t disappointed when I decided to switch it up. The friendly knowledgeable service I received was AMAZING!
