Super helpful. I missed the second delivery deadline. By 15 minutes. I called cause I was bummed out. I was hoping maybe they could add it on, but they stuck to the deadline. They were so nice about it and moved my order to the first delivery schedule for tomorrow. And then I received a text message confirming that my order would be here tomorrow. They seem very organized and knowledgeable.
