I have been reading the reviews. I called. Terrible phone etiquette. I can only imagine how terrible customer service must be....... You guys pretty much work in the "service industry" . Your employees or potential new hire absolutely must have hospitality skills. I've been in the service industry over 20 yrs. when I'm treated the way I was when I called , I avoid at all costs. Today , Veteran's Day , was my second trip to your shop. I was very impressed by the food spread and the grills going . Nice to see you take pride in our hero's !! Both times I was in my questions were answered in very professional ways but still felt laid back and comfortable. Keep up the good work.

Tourist prices. Get your stash out of town before you arrive. Not only are they overpriced they are not friendly at all. I was showed a menu of what they had on hand. When I showed interest in a particular stain and began questioning the budtender shut down and what resulted felt very confrontational. He had no clue what the answers were to my questions. His manager wasn't much more pleasant than himself. Buyer Beware

I went to the store in West Pueblo only to find out they were out of Green Crack. I made the quick 7-8 min drive to this location and found just what I was looking for. I want to personally give a shout out to Eric. Thanks man. Keep up the awesome work
