Thank you to the blonde girl with the iPad and the tall dude at the front (spent like 5 mins just explaining dif size papers to me and all that. He even gave me great tips for my puffco when I bought it and made sure I knew to clean it! They took the time to explain the medicinal effects of the 10 Coldfire carts I got, and how’d they’d work for my medical needs, and I got what I needed every time I’ve gone. In short, they have amazing deal days and the customer service doesn’t compare at all to other dispensaries imo. Special thanks to the manager, they had no reason to take back some 710 labs persy I messed up by keeping it in the wrong temp. Instead of just saying “you messed up, too bad” she kindly explained why this happened, and how to prevent it in the future. I ended up getting a new 710 persy puck even though it was MY FAULT I messed up the last one. Big thank you to that manager and all the employees, the customer service is on another level in my experience!
