False advertising - you get way much lower thc than advertised and then told before it is on sale (even though not opened) it can’t be replaced. Just say the real thc!

This is the second time I got bunk weed - they say a higher thc and you get 20% and nobody knows anything about how to resolve the issue - told to call Eight Brother but had no number or care about transaction. It’s not cool

Only 21% and horrible tasting maybe bad batch because I have had brand before

Order was short and the second half had to be delivered a couple hours later from being charged
