Unfortunately, the packaging of the products and sealed containers is due to the way the growers package their products along with guidelines both the growers and our dispensary must follow by the state. We are not allowed to open product before it is purchased due to these regulations. If you have any issues with product, these issues can be passed along to the grower in the future by contacting their team directly. If you do contact their team, please reach out to us as well, so we know that you may be returning for an exchange or refund. We are a medical facility, so paperwork for each patient is required, similar to what you'd see in a doctor's office. We want to be sure that every patient is set up appropriately to be a Solevo patient.
