It clearly states in their messages that they will let you know 10 minutes beforehand. The driver did not and instead because I was out of the house and unable to receive the pick up they proceeded to berate me that it was my problem. I asked them multiple times that it’s all good to just cancel the order yet they still argue. The drivers do not speak English, and if they do, it’s insanely hard to understand.
