The time frame has been working allot better , first experience with wasn’t great however , customer service hit with a x10 and I’m greatful. Hoping for the same great bud and service ! Pens slap too ! Great for Gifts!

The vape wouldn’t hit and once I was able to open the top and look . It looked empty inside and burnt at the bottom where it heats up. Literally haven’t been able to hit the pen at all since we got it and it was 40$ so that’s a legit bummer
