I was a customer a few years back when Connected has just opened. Sorry to say it was obnoxious to even go to this store. The place was always crowded and the music was way TOO LOUD! But since there have been other reviews and less foot traffic, they cleaned up the place and it's a lot nicer, less crowded and less noisier. Now you can hear the bud tender when they are talking to you. I am thoroughly pleased that this store has turned around a bit and made it more user friendly for everyone in the area. Good job Connected!
