Thanks for leaving me dry on my camping trip. Picked up curbside on Friday afternoon. Drove 3hrs to go camping for a long weekend. Get to my site, get set up, start a fire, grab my bag from zen…….not the flower I ordered. I got somebody else’s order of peach rings. Wtf??? Now I have NOTHING for my entire trip. Never again.

Loyal zen customer since they opened. The only place I’ve ever gone. Ordered a delivery Thursday morning. Received confirmation call. Told the girl I worked till 2:30 need delivery after that. She said no problem. I’m at work today (Friday) and my son calls me at 10:30 to tell me zen is at the door. What?? I told them after 2:30. Now I can’t contact anyone. Will I get the stuff I’ve been waiting for? Should I just go somewhere else that has 4 hr delivery window. Super frustrating!! Update- they came back when I got home after work. They made it right. They always do.
