Online user experience very unsatisfactory, loyalty points are unable to be used by consumer without physically speaking to someone, total price+tax breakdown hidden/unavailable, dishonest discount practices hidden within total. All conveniences placed just out of comforts reach for consumer.

Inaccurate menu
Nearly every time I order from this company's website they call me to inform me at least 1 item I ordered is not in stock. This leads to a lengthy phone-order process where I feel rushed to pick another item to meet the delivery minimum or have to cancel and replace my order. Truly an inconvenient aspect of their services.

EDIT: I have not been reached out to, despite their claims. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE You are not informed of your loyalty points and have no way to access them online, nor apply them to an order. These processes must be done by phone call which is very time consuming and is not customer friendly. Keeping points on paper receipts is a wasteful excuse when your business in online and user-centric.

Shady reward system
You are not informed of your loyalty points and have no way to access them online, nor apply them to an order. These processes must be done by phone call which is very time consuming and is not customer friendly. Keeping points on paper receipts is a wasteful excuse when your business in online and user-centric.

New Website Layout is awful
There was nothing wrong with the old layout and the new one is very ugly and doesnt work correctly.

much room for improvement
From the lack of the purchase breakdown in the checkout page to the delivery promo code only working on their pickup-at-store weedmaps listing, this place really needs someone to redo their online presence unless all the above is done deliberately to create a sense of distrust in myself and I'm sure others.

wont work with you and prices are high
drove pretty far to get a single particular item and was very disappointed to find out their prices are extraordinarily high. I was short less than 5 dollars and even being my first time the tender did offered no solace.

Due to years of consumers purchasing on the black market the price points aren't necessarily going to be priced the same as before January 1st 2018. However we do have some fantastic in house specials, Sunday's are choose your Daily Deal so that may help with some of the final cost. We also offer Happy Hour from 9am-12pm, and 8pm-10pm which includes 10% Entire Order, or Double Reward Points.**420 Points includes $20 off an item in your order priced $20+** Unfortunately our budtenders have no way to manually discount items, or apply coupons that don't apply to the order. We hope you give us another chance and please feel free to utilize some of these amazing specials!
