I've been a regular customer at this location, which is why this experience was so disappointing. On Thursday, July 30, 2026, an employee first rang up the wrong vape product. As we tried to fix the mistake, he accused me of putting the vape in my pocket and attempting to steal it. I denied the accusation and offered to let him check my belongings because I had done nothing wrong. No apology was offered, and I left embarrassed and disappointed. I returned later that evening to address what happened. Only after I raised the issue in front of another employee did he apologize. This should never have required a second visit. I then sent a formal complaint and a follow-up email. At the time of writing this review, I have still received no acknowledgment or response. For a business that publicly invites customer feedback, this experience reflects poorly on how seriously that feedback is taken. I hope this is addressed internally so another customer does not have the same experience.
