During a visit, a vape product was rung up incorrectly. While the issue was being sorted out, I was asked whether I had put the product in my pocket. I said that I had not and offered to let the employee check my belongings. No apology was offered, and I left feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed by how the situation was handled. I returned later that evening specifically to address what happened and received an apology. I also contacted management afterward and later spoke with them about the incident, but I left that conversation feeling that my concerns had not been fully addressed. This review is based entirely on my firsthand experience as a customer and focuses solely on the service I personally received. I have intentionally left out identifying information about the employee involved. I hope situations like this are handled much more clearly and respectfully in the future, for your customers sake.

Honestly, prices are super high. Super cool store though! And the staff are always nice and welcoming.

Love this spot, very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
