I filled out their online appointment request form, but I never received a confirmation. The next day I sent them an email to see if I had an appointment but they never received my request. I was offered a new time slot but I wasn't happy about my appointment request not being received so I refused. Afterwards I started thinking maybe I did something wrong when I filled out their appointment request form. I decided to give it another try a few days later, so I filled out the form again. this time I made sure everything was accurate and I even took a screenshot of the submission. I still ended up having the same problem. I emailed them again and again was offered to be scheduled for another time slot. I asked for the next available time and received a confirmation almost immediately after. It was impressed at how fast they got me in. They need to fix their appointment request feature. I missed out on a $100 ounce deal being offered at Remedy.

Just received a text alert for a deal culta’s having today. They’ve only been open for an hour and they’re already sold out of what I wanted. This happens all the time with this dispensary. They still haven’t updated their specials board on their website even though they’re sold out. They like to bait you in with a deal and then try to sell you something else. Parking at this location is terrible, they only have pay to park meter spots. Most of the time the flour they sell is small bud and shake. They don’t always label it that way either. I’ve had quite a few batches of their flower and I almost never get any large buds, even when buying their pre packed half ounces. I’d like to find out where and how their flower is tested for its chemical compounds. I’ve had too many 25%+ strains that just don’t seem to be potent at all. The flour you get from them might seem like a deal for the price but your better off paying more somewhere’s else.
