Placed an online order the night before for pickup. Noticed the status update hasn’t changed for 6-7hrs.. “packing order “ I called in to double check maybe they dont have it in stock. The guy who answered asked for my name.. he tells me the order is READY FOR PICK UP and that their online status updates is lagging. I drive an hour to get there. To be told the item is out of stock. WTF! That was the whole point of me calling in!.. the manager proposes a free item ( TSC pre roll) and additional 5% off ($3.28).. which is appreciated she at least wanted to make it right.. I was still disappointed because the replacement I chose is available in my area.. it was a waste of time and gas.. on that note I will not be going back. The dude who answered the phone, I hope you drop your full grinder, break your rig, and get two flats.

placed an order on WM for the Alien Labs Xeno live resin disposable. Since its my first time going to this shop they didn't accept my order right away, understandable.... but it would have been nice to get notified that the item was no longer in stock. Drove an hour to be told they don't have it... a lot of shops would notify you that they have to cancel the order. They didn't, they told Weedmaps I picked it up. When in fact I walked out empty handed... Waste of time and gas!...
