I did an online order today for pickup at 12-1. Order placed at 11:37. I did not leave until 3:15 after arriving at 12:15 and watching multiple people arrive after me and leave before me. 3 hrs was rediculous for a wait. I get there may be some wait but come on almost 3 hrs and not once did someone come to my car until i walked up and asked about my order. Very disappointed in the service i got today and not so much as a hey next time we will take car of you!🤬🤬

I have been here like 4-5 times and every time i have had great service. And besides the very first time, due to being a new patient the wait is not bad. Doing an online order for pickup is even faster. Its a 45 min drive but worth it when they do buy one get one 50% off, and their points system is pretty nice.

Hello , i just picked up a dart pod and 2 pk of gleaf prerolls. The preroll did not hit at all and when i called back i was told to use paper clip or pull it apart and use bowl. Not happy i spent $18 on 2 prerolls and was not told anything helpful and now i wasted a preroll. Not cool for that kinda money. Wont be coming back if you could not help with problem and i will be letting others know also!

First time here. Only issue i had was the wait but i was also a new patient. Guy that helped me(forgot his name) was alot of help. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you guys
