Thank you for your feedback. Would you be able to tell us which strain you bought that was short? We have clear instructions for our packagers to over weigh every bag by 0.1-0.2g (eg. An eighth is weighed out as 3.6-3.7g). If you can let us know which strain we track who packages what and will be able to look back and discuss to confirm they are following the posted signed at each weigh station.
