9 times outta 10 5 stars maybe even 6 but today I come in and told 2 of my items can't be found. I asked if they could look in back n maybe ask someone else but I was just told no there were none and I could pick something else. I preordered for many reasons my anxiety, fast , convenient, and I already know what I want and will have the exact money I need when get there to purchase. I understand things happen but your budtenders lack of care , understanding , communication, and help are the reasons for not so great review this time. 1 person can make all the difference.🤷‍♂️much love to the rest of the crew💚🙏🤙

Usually great experience, but today was treated as a problem when only had questions that unfortunately y'all could not answer smh. So I just purchased out of frustration and get to car n y'all had me pay $20 over online total because you gave me juiced sluggers n I ordered the just grass pack not infused n had to use card , because price difference smh. And on top eating that instead of making more "trouble" , I got be called big dog 20X smh , my name right their on your screen or sir whatever not big dog , boss, or buddy. I come almost multiple times a week , first time I just felt rushed and received poor service. Shouldn't walk out of your shop feeling frustrated n mad. Please try be more understanding n not so condescending ... Just an idea. Have a wonderful day🤙
