The service was excellent, the doctor was professional, wait times were minimal, in general all of that was very satisfactory. That being said, beware of the billing issues. I felt compelled to relay my experience still going on. I was double charged for the visit. I called in immediately and was told that the extra charge would drop off the next day, when that didn’t happen, I called in again and was told that a credit will be issued immediately and would take 3 to 4 business days, that was Monday. It’s now Friday, I called again and was told it would be credited immediately. I just received an email this afternoon confirming a credit will be issues but to allow 10 business days to get to my bank. So that’s 3 weeks and I’m still waiting. It’s to bad because the ser ices were fine but the billing department has definite problems. BEWARE!!!! Of giving your credit card information, you might also be a victim of of their billing department and have a fight on your hands to get your money back in a timely manner.
