I had a delivery placed last night at 9:50pm for delivery. I was excited because I was surprised to see it was accepting orders until 3am which is rare. In my order I requested a text with an estimated eta asap. I waited until 10:40pm to call to ask what my eta was at that point since I hadn’t been texted. Lady that answered said around an hour and just hung up. I also wrote In my order that I am a first time customer and would like any discount they may have for that or gift please (so I will become a return customer). That was not acknowledged, I got no discount, no gift, and the 77% off store coupon was also not applied. Driver got here at 11:48pm and was very friendly, but no discounts. The wait time is understandable if it’s communicated. Had I known it would be 2 hours I wouldn’t have ordered.

Amazing customer service from AJ & Harry! First time customer and definitely will be back! Leos are awesome.
